Welcome!

Hey everyone!

Welcome to my new blog, I thought I'd give it a shot and get my work out there. Im a photographer from Nova Scotia, spent most of my years shooting on the Equine scene -as that is where my passion is.
In 2004, I began working for Equine Photographers in my hometown of Truro NS. Helen Smith, of HelenSmithPhotography, formerly Equinique Photo took me under her wing and began tagging me along to photoshoots and shows. I would be garenteed to be thrown the camera an told to finish the day, and that I did. Understanding each breed is very important, as it helps create that "perfect" conformation shot, or to be square over fences.
In 2007 I began mentoring under Danique Fisher of Century Classic Photography. Danique taught me to feel through the lens, to capture that intimitate connection between horse and rider. Working along side Danique, she has not only brought me to be a photographer. but an artist. To create, capture, and expose your art is what I strive for. To this day, I continue working with Danique as second shooter for Century Classic Photography.
